 m Festival to Northern California!  Over the years\, The Sprout Film Festi
 val has received hundreds of submissions from across the globe.  All of th
 e films feature individuals with developmental delays in a variety of film
  types\, including scripted narratives\, documentaries\, music videos\,  a
 nd animations.  They are mostly shorts\, running from five to 15 minutes i
 n length.  \n\nThe Arc-Solano will be screening 15 - 20 films.  Sprout Dir
 ector Anthony Di Salvo will be introducing the films and providing a Q & A
  session afterward.  Before the screening and during the intermission\, yo
 u can purchase tasty concessions\, browse the raffle/silent auction items\
 , and enjoy breathtaking views of the Carquinez Strait.  We will hold a li
 ve auction during intermission\, which will feature artwork made by indivi
 duals with developmental disabilities.  \n\nEntry tickets are available fo
 r $25 each and can be purchased through our website.  Tickets for NBRC cli
 ents cost $15 each.  If you are interested in making a generous donation o
