 m Festival to Northern California!  Over the years\, The Sprout Film Festi
 val has received hundreds of submissions from across the globe.  All of th
 e films feature individuals with developmental delays in a variety of film
  types\, including scripted narratives\, documentaries\, music videos\,  a
 nd animations.  They are mostly shorts\, running from five to 15 minutes i
 n length.  \n\nOur October 21st screening is specifically for participants
  in adult day programs and VCUSD students- both special education and typi
 cally developing students.  The Arc-Solano will be screening 15 - 20 films
 .  Sprout Director Anthony Di Salvo will be introducing the films and prov
 iding a Q & A session afterward.  We are providing this screening for FREE
  as we want to encourage attendance.    \n\nPlease register for the free t
 ickets so we can track the number of attendees.  The Dan Foley Cultural Ce
 nter is handicap accessible and wheelchair friendly.\n\nIf you are interes
