    In November of 2018, I was introduced to The Arc-Solano, my day program ... this program gave me the opportunity to participate in structured activities with an instructor for a few hours at a time. Through this, I was able to engage in volunteering, advocacy, and educational experiences that helped me discover my voice and my passion for supporting others. That experience became a turning point in my life.
