Carnival & Ice Cream Social
April 18 is our second annual Arc-Solano Carnival and Ice Cream Social! This event is for participants in all three of our core programs. We turn the back parking lot into a carnival with 9 different games where consumers can win tickets. We also have bingo in our ACT program room and our TS staff dish out delicious sundaes.
