Event Calendar

The Arc-Solano will be hosting its 7th annual Sprout Film Festival on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at the Vallejo Naval & Historical Museum. We are so excited to see you there!

Doors open at 1 pm! We will have a selection of theater-inspired snacks, including popcorn, nachos, and candy, a no-host bar, and a fabulous silent auction. The movies will begin at 1:45 pm. You'll have plenty of time to refill your plate during intermission, buy a final raffle ticket, and check on your bids. The silent auction and our raffle close at the end of intermission, and winners will be revealed once the movies finish.

We host this event for three important reasons. First, the proceeds from this event enhance the quality of services we provide. Second, this film festival enlightens and educates our community about the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. It creates a highly memorable and edifying experience for all attendees. Finally, we host this because representation matters. Program participants can finally see someone like themselves on the big screen, being a hero and not a stereotypical secondary character.
